With open plan entertainment style floor plans on the ground floor and spacious, modern and comfortable spaces on the second floor the lighting has been designed and carefully considered to enliven and elevate each space across the property.

INTERIOR ENHANCEMENT

Including bespoke statement light fittings has created various focal points within these homes which bind the fixtures, fittings and finishes together harmoniously throughout.

CELEBRATING ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS

The Vast space in the entrance was something to be celebrated. By incorporating a suspended bespoke chandelier within this space highlighted its significant value and created a real ‘Wow’ factor as you enter the home.

COMPLIMENTING SPACES BOTH DAY & NIGHT

Particular consideration was given to the open plan Kitchen/Living spaces and Main bathrooms with regards to the lighting to ensure it complements the strong, bold and statement interior design and configuration of these spaces without completely distracting the eye from the architecture. The lighting fixtures aim to work as architectural accents within the space throughout both day and night.

WORKING WITHIN CLIENT CONSTRAINTS

Within this particular project, there were specific cost constraints the client needed us to work within. Without compromising the design, quality or finishing of the light fixtures and spaces, we were able to bring the clients vision to fruition whilst remaining within the clients project budget.
